Richard's 41st Birthday Party

Dear Friends,

I am delighted to invite you to my 41st birthday party bus adventure, which will be held on Saturday the 21st of November, with an 11:30am sharp departure from Downtown Los Angeles, returning around 4pm.

Guests will gather at Clifton's Cafeteria:

I recommend arriving around 10:30am so you have time to get a nosh and check in at 11:00am. At 11:15am we will board a coach class bus (one with air conditioning, a bathroom and excellent A/V system as well) for a four-hour mystery trip around the San Gabriel Valley. Stops will include a behind-the-scenes tour of the historic Workman Temple Homestead in the City of Industry, a stroll around a spooky Civil War-era cemetery, and other surprises to be announced.

I recommend that you bring a snack along with you. We will be having cake and coffee about 1:30pm, but it is going to be a long and full day out. We will return to Clifton's Cafeteria about 4pm.

If you wish to attend this event I am asking several things of you:

1) RSVP (by clicking the link below) - noting that seating is very limited on the bus, so if you want to bring a family member with you, please email me first to check available space.

2) Let me know ASAP if you were planning to attend but have to cancel

3) contribute $10/person towards the cost of the bus

4) tip our driver, Caesar, a little something on your way off the bus.

I recommend you park at Pershing Square (6th & Olive), which is only two blocks from Clifton's Cafeteria. There is a $6.00 flat fee for the day.
